1. Your free trial
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and nothing is charged until day 31. Cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing.
2. Subscriptions and billing
After your trial, your plan bills monthly in advance at the rate shown on our pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Fair use of notifications
Notifications are unlimited and free, subject to fair use. Messages must follow applicable messaging laws, and recipients must have opted in by adding your pass. Spam, deception, or unlawful content will result in suspension.
4. Your content and brand
You keep all rights to your logos, copy, and customer relationships. Your pass carries your identity — never ours — and your designs and pass-holder data remain exportable.
5. Service availability
We work to keep Tapbeam available around the clock, but delivery ultimately depends on Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and device connectivity, which are outside our control.
